Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use bl4nk Market. If you are under 18 or have not reached the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use bl4nk Market with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, where permitted.

You may not use bl4nk Market if you do not have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Sellers remain subject to the separate requirement that they be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.

Digital Products

All products offered through bl4nk Market are digital in nature. Completed orders are generally final. Replacements, store credit, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to the Refund & Buyer Protection Policy and applicable law.

No Affiliation

bl4nk Market is not affiliated with any game, platform, or third-party company mentioned in our listings. All trademarks and intellectual property rights belong to their respective owners. No third-party company sponsors or endorses bl4nk Market.

Delivery

Many digital products are delivered within approximately 5 to 30 minutes after payment confirmation. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the product, seller availability, order verification, technical issues, or buyer cooperation.

Refunds

Because products are digital, completed orders are generally final. Eligible delivery issues, replacements, store credit, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to the Refund & Buyer Protection Policy.

Buyer Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how digital goods are used after purchase.

bl4nk Market is not liable for loss of access, enforcement actions, or other consequences arising from third-party platform rules.

Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibilities or legal rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Buyer & Seller Chat

After a purchase, buyers and sellers may communicate through bl4nk Market's built-in chat. This feature exists to coordinate delivery and resolve order issues.

  • Keep order communication and payment on bl4nk Market. Do not move conversations or payments off-platform.
  • In-game transfers and other outside-platform fulfillment actions are allowed when necessary to deliver the purchased product, but order communication and payment must remain through bl4nk Market.
  • Do not share external payment handles or attempt off-platform deals — doing so voids buyer protection.
  • Do not use chat for harassment, threats, spam, scams, or any illegal activity.
  • Messages may be reviewed by staff for support, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.

Sellers & Marketplace

Some listings are fulfilled by independent third-party sellers. Sellers are responsible for their listings, sourcing, product descriptions, and fulfillment.

bl4nk Market operates the marketplace, collects customer payments, tracks seller earnings, deducts commissions, administers buyer protection, reviews reported order issues, and processes eligible seller payouts.

Seller earnings may be held, adjusted, or removed when connected to failed delivery, refunds, payment disputes, fraud, or policy violations.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to resell, duplicate, or distribute purchased items without authorization.
  • Misrepresent any information about your purchase, listing, or identity.
  • Use items in violation of third-party Terms of Service or applicable law.
  • Abuse the chat system or attempt to take buyers or sellers off-platform.
  • Commit payment fraud or file false chargebacks.
  • Engage in phishing, distribute malware, or steal credentials.
  • Buy, sell, or use stolen accounts.
  • Use the site for money laundering or any illegal activity.
  • Attempt to avoid marketplace fees.

Limitation of Liability

bl4nk Market is not responsible for any losses, damages, or issues caused by your use of digital products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or legal rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Modifications

bl4nk Market may update these Terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable federal and state laws. Any legal proceeding must be brought before a court with proper jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
