Seller Agreement & Rules
These Seller Agreement & Rules govern every person or business that lists, sells, or fulfills products through bl4nk Market. Seller access is granted only after staff review and approval. By applying to become a seller, accepting seller access, creating a listing, or continuing to sell through bl4nk Market, you agree to these Seller Agreement & Rules, the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Buyer Protection Policy. If you do not agree, you may not sell through bl4nk Market.
Becoming a Seller
Seller access is application-based and manually approved by staff. Submitting a seller application does not guarantee approval, and no applicant receives automatic seller access.
- Sellers must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.
- Sellers must provide accurate account and payout information and keep it up to date.
- Seller access is personal and cannot be sold, shared, transferred, or loaned.
- bl4nk Market may suspend or revoke seller access when necessary.
- Verification requirements may increase as the marketplace grows or when required by payment providers.
bl4nk Market currently operates a small, manually managed seller program. Additional identity, payout, business, or product verification may be requested based on seller activity, risk level, transaction volume, payment-provider requirements, or marketplace growth.
Independent Seller Status
Sellers are independent third parties and are responsible for their listings, inventory, sourcing, descriptions, fulfillment, and conduct. Sellers are not employees, partners, agents, or representatives of bl4nk Market.
bl4nk Market operates the marketplace, provides checkout and order-management tools, collects customer payments, tracks seller earnings, deducts marketplace commissions, administers buyer protection, reviews order issues, and processes eligible seller payouts.
Marketplace Services
bl4nk Market provides the marketplace platform, checkout, buyer-protection holding period, order management, and on-platform chat that connect sellers with buyers.
Ownership and Right to Sell
For every product or service listed, the seller confirms that:
- They legally own it or have permission and authority to sell it.
- It is not stolen, hacked, phished, compromised, charged back, fraudulently obtained, or illegally sourced.
- It does not contain unauthorized personal or payment information.
- It is accurately described and available for delivery.
- It does not knowingly violate applicable law or another person's intellectual-property rights.
- The seller can provide reasonable proof of ownership, sourcing, or delivery when requested.
Pending earnings may be held and applied toward affected refunds, disputes, chargebacks, investigation costs, or other documented losses. Any remaining undisputed balance will be handled according to applicable law and platform policy.
Accurate Listings
Every listing must accurately show:
- The product or service
- Quantity
- Price
- Delivery method
- Expected delivery time
- Important restrictions
- What the buyer will receive
- Any guarantee or replacement terms
The following are prohibited:
- Fake stock
- False images
- Misleading descriptions
- Bait-and-switch listings
- Hidden conditions
- Duplicate listings intended to deceive buyers
- Products the seller cannot fulfill
Delivery
- Sellers must fulfill paid orders as quickly as reasonably possible.
- Sellers must use the built-in buyer and seller chat to coordinate delivery.
- Sellers must not ghost or ignore buyers.
- Sellers must notify the buyer and staff if they cannot fulfill an order.
- Sellers must not mark an order as Delivered until the product or service has actually been provided.
- Repeated late, failed, or incorrect delivery may result in payout holds, listing removal, suspension, or seller removal.
Sellers must retain reasonable delivery evidence, including screenshots, screen recordings, messages, timestamps, transfer evidence, account-delivery records, service-completion records, or other information that can verify fulfillment.
The seller must provide requested evidence when a buyer issue, refund request, payment dispute, or chargeback occurs.
Stay On-Platform
Order communication and payment must remain through bl4nk Market. The following are prohibited:
- Asking buyers to pay sellers directly.
- Moving payment outside bl4nk Market checkout.
- Sharing external payment handles for an active order.
- Attempting to avoid marketplace commission.
- Harassment, threats, spam, scams, or illegal activity.
- Moving buyers to another marketplace to complete the sale.
Keeping communication and payment on-platform helps bl4nk Market review delivery records, investigate order issues, and protect buyers and sellers. Some products may require an in-game transfer or another outside-platform action to complete delivery — that is allowed when necessary, but communication and payment must stay on bl4nk Market.
Seller Identity and Privacy
Seller identities are not ordinarily displayed publicly to buyers. Buyers may see the seller's display name, listings, category, ratings, and other marketplace information.
bl4nk Market may collect or disclose seller information when reasonably necessary for order fulfillment, fraud prevention, payment processing, seller verification, legal compliance, responding to a valid legal request, or protecting the marketplace and its users.
Marketplace Commission
Commission is based on the order amount:
- Orders from $0.00 to $0.99: 2% commission
- Orders from $1.00 to $2.99: 5% commission
- Orders from $3.00 to $9.99: 10% commission
- Orders of $10.00 or more: 15% commission
Some listings may carry a custom commission rate, which is always clearly shown to the seller.
The seller's earnings are calculated by deducting the applicable marketplace commission from the order amount. The order value, commission, and seller earnings are displayed in the seller dashboard.
Buyer-Protection Holding Period
After the seller marks an order as Delivered, the related seller earnings enter a 48-hour buyer-protection holding period.
During this period:
- The earnings cannot be withdrawn.
- The buyer may review the delivered product or service.
- The buyer may report a delivery or product issue.
- bl4nk Market may request delivery evidence.
- The earnings may remain unavailable while an issue is reviewed.
If no issue is reported during the 48-hour period, the earnings normally become Available to Withdraw.
Buyer Issues
If a buyer reports an issue during the holding period, the related seller earnings remain unavailable while the issue is reviewed.
The seller will be given an opportunity to replace the product, redeliver the order, correct the service, or otherwise resolve the issue.
If the seller resolves the issue, a new 48-hour buyer-protection holding period begins.
If the seller cannot resolve the issue, the order may be canceled, the seller's earnings may be removed, and the buyer may receive store credit or another resolution under the Refund & Buyer Protection Policy.
Seller Withdrawals
Current withdrawal rules:
- Standard holding period: 48 hours after delivery
- Minimum withdrawal: $5.00
- Withdrawal processing fee: $1.25
- Withdrawal frequency: One withdrawal every seven days
- Current payout method: Manual cryptocurrency transfer
- Common payout currencies: LTC and BTC
A seller may only request a withdrawal after their earnings are marked Available to Withdraw.
The seller is responsible for entering the correct cryptocurrency, network, and wallet address. Cryptocurrency transfers are generally irreversible. bl4nk Market is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address supplied by the seller, except when the error was caused solely by bl4nk Market.
Blockchain network fees or cryptocurrency conversion differences may affect the final amount received by the seller.
Holds, Refunds, Reversals & Negative Adjustments
Before payout, bl4nk Market may hold, reduce, reverse, or deny seller earnings connected to:
- Failed delivery
- Late delivery
- Incorrect delivery
- Misrepresented products
- Stolen or fraudulent inventory
- Refunds
- Buyer disputes
- Chargebacks
- Reversed customer payments
- Seller-rule violations
- Suspected fraud or illegal activity
If a refund or chargeback occurs after the seller has already been paid, bl4nk Market may place future payouts on hold, deduct the amount from future seller earnings, create a negative account adjustment, or request repayment from the seller.
Cryptocurrency payouts already sent cannot normally be automatically reversed.
Chargebacks and Payment Fraud
Sellers may not:
- Create fake orders.
- Make self-purchases to manipulate ratings or earnings.
- Coordinate false refunds or false chargebacks.
- Help buyers commit payment fraud.
- Provide false dispute evidence.
- Manipulate reviews or seller standing.
The seller must reasonably cooperate with payment-dispute and chargeback reviews and provide available delivery evidence within the deadline given by bl4nk Market.
Prohibited Seller Conduct
Sellers may not sell or engage in:
- Stolen, hacked, phished, or fraudulently obtained products.
- Fake or misleading listings.
- Malware, phishing, credential theft, or fraud tools.
- Unauthorized financial or personal information.
- Money laundering.
- Rating manipulation.
- Ban evasion or multiple seller accounts without approval.
- Selling for a suspended seller.
- Harassment or threats.
- Illegal products or services.
- Attempts to avoid marketplace fees.
bl4nk Market may remove any product or service prohibited by law, its payment providers, or its marketplace-risk policies.
Social-Media Services
Sellers offering followers, likes, views, engagement, social-media accounts, or related services must accurately describe what is being delivered.
Sellers may not:
- Describe engagement as organic when it is automated, incentivized, resold, or otherwise non-organic.
- Use stolen or compromised social-media accounts.
- Obtain credentials through phishing or unauthorized access.
- Misrepresent the source, country, quality, expected retention, or delivery method.
- Guarantee permanent results unless that guarantee can reasonably be supported.
- Misrepresent an affiliation with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Discord, or another platform.
Enforcement
Depending on severity, violations may result in any combination of:
- Warning
- Listing removal
- Temporary suspension
- Payout hold
- Seller-access removal
- Permanent account closure
Pending earnings may remain on hold while affected orders, refunds, chargebacks, fraud reports, or documented marketplace losses are reviewed.
Taxes
Sellers are responsible for determining, reporting, and paying taxes, duties, or fees associated with their seller earnings. bl4nk Market may collect tax information, report payments, or withhold amounts when legally required.
Seller Responsibility & Indemnification
You are fully responsible for your listings, your conduct, and everything you sell. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless bl4nk Market, its operators, and staff from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, fines, or costs (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your listings, your sales, your conduct, or your breach of these rules or any law.
bl4nk Market provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees about sales volume, earnings, or outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, bl4nk Market is not liable to sellers for lost profits, lost earnings, or any indirect or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Seller Agreement & Rules excludes liability or legal rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes to the Agreement
bl4nk Market may update these Seller Agreement & Rules to reflect changes in marketplace operations, fees, payment-provider requirements, security controls, or applicable law.
Sellers will receive reasonable notice of material changes through the website, seller dashboard, email, or another available communication method.
Continued selling after the effective date of an updated agreement constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
